Silsoe Spray Applications Unit Ltd is looking to expand and needs new people!

We undertake a very wide range of research, development and testing work for diverse customers, mainly linked to the agricultural and related sectors.  We need innovative scientists who are versatile, with good practical and/or numerical skills, who can help us deliver our plans for the future.

If you are interested in R&D in any of the following, we would be pleased to talk to you:

​

• Application of pesticides and other chemicals to crops, plants and man-made surfaces;

• Spray technology;

• Atmospheric dispersion of pollutants;

• Exposure and risk assessments for chemicals;

• Modelling of spray behaviour;

• Sprayer control systems;

• Liquid-surface interactions.

 

Or you may have other expertise that we could benefit from – we are open to suggestions!  Someone with a track-record of scientific project management would also be very valuable to us.
